Die Wohnung befindet sich unmittelbar an der Keupstraße und ist ca. 10 min fußläufig vom Wiener Platz entfernt, was eine sehr flexible Anbindung ermöglicht. Innerhalb von 5 min gelangt man zum Rhein sowie zur Keupstraße, die einen kulinarisch versorgt.

The brightly lit room has a 1-bedroom apartment character due to its size and subdivision by the beautiful wooden beams within the shared apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a charming bathroom with shower and additional bathtub. Furthermore, there is an attic, which may be used exclusively by the people living in our apartment and provides additional storage space.

Since the shared flat is dissolving and I am the first person to move out, you can co-decide which other two people will move into the flat.

The apartment is located directly at the Keupstraße and is about 10 min walking distance from the Wiener Platz, which allows a very flexible connection. Within 5 min you can get to the Rhine as well as to Keupstraße, which provides you with culinary delights.
