Ich bin ab dem 25. Juli bis zum 3. Oktober im Urlaub und würde in der Zeit gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Du würdest in einem gemütlich eingerichteten und hellen Zimmer wohnen, in das die Nachmittagssommer scheint. Ich werde eine Kommode freiräumen, damit du Platz für deine Sachen hast.
An das Zimmer schließt die Küche an, die auch einen Balkon in einen Innenhof raus hat.
Die Wohnung ist eine sanierte Altbauwohnung und alle Zimmer haben sehr hohe Decken.
Die Wohnung ist jeweils 5-10 min von den Stationen "Berliner Str." und "Von-Sparr-Str. entfernt. Von dort kannst du in die Linie 4 einsteigen. Auch der Wiener Platz ist nicht weit entfern (ca. 20min fußläufig). In der Nähe befinden sich Netto und Lidl und Dienstags und Freitags ist vor dem Netto ein Wochenmarkt, bei dem es sehr günstig Obst und Gemüse zu kaufen gibt.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Luisa ist unternehmenslustig, sehr offen und herzlich, ordentlich und sie studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik.
