- Wir haben ein tolles Wannenbad
- Da es eine Altbauwohnung ist gibt es hohe Decken, was die Räume nochmal größer wirken lässt :)
Es gibt 4 Zimmer:
1 großes, sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer (20 qm)
1 kleines Zimmer zur Straße, 10 qm
1 mittleres Zimmer zur Straße, 13 qm -> das wäre deins, es ist ein sehr schönes und helles Zimmer, also toll für Zimmerpflanzen
1 mittleres Zimmer zum Hof, 13 qm
Die Wohnung ist direkt bei der Haltestelle Mülheim Berliner Straße. Von hier aus fährt die 4 und du bist in wenigen Minuten beim Wiener Platz, wo es einen Markt gibt und die Linien 13 und 18 fahren.
Das Rheinufer, Kulturbunker Mülheim und Bürgerzentrum Mütze sind ein paar hundert Meter entfernt.
Direkt gegenüber von uns ist ein Lidl und sonst noch Kioske. Rewe, Rossmann und Karadag sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 min zu erreichen. Also eigentlich echt alles, was das Herz begehrt. :)
Mit der Straßenbahn bist du in 20 Minuten im Zentrum.

Zu der Situation:
Ich (Robin) bin Anfang April ausgezogen. Das bedeutet das Zimmer ist AB SOFORT frei und soll auch so schnell wie möglich bezogen werden. :)
Ines und Artur möchten wahrscheinlich auch bald ausziehen weshalb es !eventuell! die Möglichkeit geben wird die Wohnung zu übernehmen. Bis Ende Juli wirst du aber mit den beiden noch zusammen leben und zur Zwischenmiete dort wohnen. Mal sehen, was sich dann noch ergibt. :)
Ines (39) ist eine weiße queere cis-Frau, die bei einer queeren Organisation als Sozialarbeiterin lohnarbeitet. Sie kocht gerne, macht Musik, mag sci-fi, Puzzeln und Spieleabende. :) Da Ines Haustiere gerne mag, ist es auch nicht schlimm, falls du ein Tier mitbringst. ;)
Artur ist 34 und ein queerer cis-Mann, der aus Brasilien kommt. Er studiert Game Design und jobbt nebenher. Man kann sich super mit ihn unterhalten und trifft ihn in seiner Freizeit meistens beim Musik machen an. Ines und Artur machen auch ganz gerne mal Musik zusammen. :)
The situation is as followed:
I (Robin) already moved out at the start of April. This means my room is already free and you should be able to move in as soon as possible.
Both Ines and Artur are probably going to move out in the near future too. But you may be able to take over the flat for yourself or a new shared flat. This is something you'll have to communicate about with Artur and Ines.
Until the end of July you will be living (intermediate rent) with the both of them :)
Ines (39) is a white queer cis-woman works as a social worker for a queer organisation. She likes plants, sci-fi, cooking, making music, playing games and likes pets. So if you'll bring one it's no big deal. :)
Artur (34) is a queer cis-man from Brazil. He studies game design and loves making music just like Ines. :) He likes to chat and play video games.

Die Möbel auf den Bildern bleiben in dem Zimmer. Damit ist das Hochbett mit Matratze, eine Sitzecke und die Kommode mit Lampe gemeint. Ich hätte gerne 30€ als Abschlag dafür, aber darüber können wir auch gerne nochmal quatschen :)
The furniture on the picture will stay in the room. I'd like to have 30€ for them. You can decide what you're going to do with them afterwards. :)
