ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für das schöne helle Zimmer in der Frankfurter Straße, direkt am Bahnhof Mülheim. Dein Zimmer geht in den ruhigen Hinterhof raus und ich durch den quadratischen Schnitt super nutzbar, mit ca 14-15qm.
Auch die Küche ist klein aber fein und man hat alles was man benötigt.
Eine kaution von 1125€ ist fällig, welche man aber natürlich bei Auszug wieder bekommt. Und für die Küche sind es 350€ Abschlag. Im Mietpreis ist Strom und WLAN enthalten.
Das Badezimmer wurde letztes Jahr neu gemacht, ein Fahrstuhl ist im Haus vorhanden. Hinten im Hof gibt es Bänke zum hin setzen und eine Wäscheleine.
Für mich ist es wichtig, dass wir nicht aneinander vorbei leben. Alles kann, nichts muss.
Ich persönlich fühle mich super wohl in Mülheim und hoffe, dass du das auch tun kannst ☺️
Man ist super angebunden zwischen Keupstraße, Bahnhof Mülheim und Wiener Platz. Außerdem in 10 min am Rhein 😏
