Mein schönes Zimmer in einer Studentenwohnheim wird frei. Da ich ein Praktikum im Australien machen werde, biete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Ich komme im September zurück.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 m² groß, ist möbliert und echt gemütlich! Das Fenster bietet eine schöne Aussicht (siehe Fotos). Die Zimmer ist nur für Mädchen!

Since I am going abroad for my Internship in Australia, this cosy room will be free for you till the end of August 2018.
The apartment is quite small but cosy and modern. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with my neighbour, everything is furnished, clean and modern. The room boasts a double deck bed and a huge window. The view is just amazing, because the apartment is situated on the 20th floor. It is so rare, that you can find such a high building in Cologne, so enjoy the view!:) ( check it on the photos)
Perfekte Lage:
- 2 Min zur UBahn Haltestelle;
- 3 Min zur Bus Haltestelle;
- 1 Min zu Fuß zur Spoho;
- 10 Min mit Ubahn zur Uni Köln;
- 15 min zu Innenstadt.

Die Mitbewohnerin ist nette und ruhige Amerikanerin, auch Studentin.

You will share the apartment only with one flatmate, she is an American student, very nice, she has her own room, so it's only kitchen and bathroom area that you will have to share. The flatmate might change during the period of your stay, but it's a female apartment, so it will surely be a girl.
