Wir suchen eine nette Mitbewohnerin für unsere Wohngemeinschaft. Ab 1.Mai 2022 (oder 15./ oder 1.Juni) können wir dir ein Zimmer in unserer 4er-WG anbieten.
Im Hof hinter dem Haus gibt es einen Garten und Grillmöglichkeiten, der von allen Hausbewohnern benutzt wird. Keller zum Abstellen von Sachen auch. Den Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Tisch deiner Vorgängerin würde sie dir gerne überlassen.
Unsere große Küche ist gleichzeitig auch Treffpunkt zum Quatschen und Kochen. Unser kleines Badezimmer hat Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine.
Tenemos una habitacion libre en nuestro piso compartido a partir del 1o de avril. Hablamos aleman, ingles, espaniol, frances. Nos compartimos una cocina grande y el banio. Si te interesa y quieres conocernos mandanos un mensaje.
Zu Fuß sind in 2 Minuten die Buslinien
153 und 260 zu erreichen (Haltestelle Von-Lohe-Strasse).
In 4 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß: U-Bhf.(Straßenbahn... ist in Köln das Gleiche) Von-Sparr-Strasse, Linie 4.
Die Linie 4 ist in 3 Minuten am Wiener Platz (zentraler Platz von Köln-Mülheim) oder in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt
In einem Fußgängerumfeld von ca. 4-10 Minuten liegen fünf Supermärkte.
Wir freuen uns ganz einfach über eine nette Mitbewohnerin! Manchmal kochen wir zusammen, quatschen und lachen... Aber jeder hat Zimmer und Ruhe, wie man es für sich braucht.
Sobre todo nos importa que nos llevamos bien! A veces cocinemos juntos, hablamos y nos reimos en la cocina.... Pero cada uno tiene su habitacion y su tranquilidad como te parece.
Das Zimmer wollen wir längerfristig ab 1. April vermieten.
