da ich nach Brasilien reise, bin ich für paar Monate weg. bis jetzt ist der 31.1.24 als Rückkehrdatum geplant, kann aber sein, dass ich noch etwas länger bleibe. von daher ist es evlt. möglich noch etwas länger drin zu bleiben, entscheidet sich dann anfang januar.

das zimmer ist ca. 16qm2 groß und liegt zur Straße, d.h. mit Fenster auf ist es auch etwas lauter. Durch die Lage an der Südseite ist es schön hell.
Es müsste eine eigne 1.40 Matratze für das Bettgestell mitgebracht werden.

super schön gelegen in neuehrenfeld, direkt an der Bahnhalte "nußbaumerstr."
von da aus fahren linie 5 und 13.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch in der Nähe, rewe ca. 5 min und penny ca. 10 min zu fuß entfernt.

ruhige Gegend aber trotzdem in der nähe von dem belebten ehrenfeld, bspw. venloer str. :)

du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner (Hauptmieter) Paolo (28J.) zusammen wohnen.
er studiert Ingenieurswesen. Als Italiener macht er super Pasta, macht viel Sport, ist aber auch wegen der Arbeit viel unterwegs. Er ist ein sehr entspannter und unkomplizierter Mitbewohner :)

bitte erwarte keine wilden Wg-Parties etc.. es ist eher ein ruhiges Zusammenleben.

Zu dir:
Für mein Zimmer würde ich mir natürlich eine Person wünschen, die auf mein Zimmer und Möbel gutaufpasst..
Wäre super wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast, da mir meine Planties sehr am Herzen liegen.. :)
