Hallo liebe WG- Suchende,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin auszieht, suchen wir einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Es handelt sich um ein 25 qm großes quadratisches Durchgangszimmer mit Vorhang (ein Vorhang ist schon vorhanden, ein weiterer kommt noch) als Sichtschutz. Da das Zimmer ziemlich groß ist, lässt sich gut für genügend Privatsphäre sorgen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und besitzt, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen 2 große Fenster.
Es wird jedoch nicht möbliert sein.
Wohnungsbesichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in optimale Lage in Neuehrenfeld, die Bahn fährt direkt vor der Haustür (Linie 13 & 5, Nußbaumerstraße). Wenn die Bahn in einer Minute kommt und man einen kleinen Sprint hinlegt schafft man es noch ;)
Ansonsten ist es auch nicht weit zum S Bahnhof (Ehrenfeld Bahnhof), ca. 10 Min. Fußweg.
Die Innenstadt ist sowohl mit der Straßenbahn also auch mit der S-Bahn schnell zu erreichen (10 Min ca.)
Wir sind 2 (23 und 24 jährige ) Psychologiestudentinnen und unser WG-Leben ist eigentlich total entspannt. Am Wochenende unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen, wobei es auch völlig okay ist wenn man mal seine Ruhe möchte.
Einen Putzplan haben wir nicht, sind bisher immer ganz ohne gut klargekommen :)
Da wir kein einzelnes Wohnzimmer haben, fungiert unsere Küche als Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Couch :)
