Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß. mit Fenster zum Hinterhof wodurch man abends keinen Lärm von der Hauptstraße hat. Da Die Decken etwas höher sind wirkt es auch nicht so klein. Deine Mitbewohner sind juri und simon beide sehr entspannte Jungs die am Wochenende gerne mal zu Techno feiern gehen.
Für die Austattung der Küche und uandere Dinge in der Wohnung hätte ich gerne einen Abschlag von 100€
Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert abgegeben.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten auf der Liebigstraße. Bis Nippes S Bahnhof oder Ehrenfeld Bahnhof sind es ca 10-15 min Fußweg je nach Tempo ;) Falls man mal am Wochenende feiern gehen möchte ist man im 10 min am Odonien.
Die würdest mit Juri 25 und Simon 30 zusammen leben. Beides Studenten und sehr entspannte Mitbewohner mit denen man auch mal zusammen kochen kann oder am Wochenende ausgehen.
