The room has a huge window which faces to a quiet side street on the ground floor so it doesn't get too cold or warm and easy to move in and out as well. It is clean square cut and has high ceiling so very easy to put furniture and decorate. There is a huge tree on the street so it has a lot of sunlights and beautiful tree shades as well.
There is a very lovely garden with a table and chairs in the backyard which is free for all the tenants. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
Pictures are from the time when it was completely empty and when I used to live. Now there are the mattress, bed sheets and a drawer (the last picture) left. I can leave them if needed :)
It is located at the border of Ehrenfeld and Neuehrenfeld which I would say the best because it is very close to Venloerstr and Subbelratherstr where you can find lots of bars, restaurants, and shops but the street itself is very safe, calm and cozy. The subway line 5 , 13 come in front of the house (not even 1 minute walking distance) - line 5 goes to Friesenplatz and central train station./ line 13 goes to Suelz. There is a S-Bahn station (Ehrenfeld Bf) also only in 5 minutes and subway line 3, 4 are also available near there.
There are few parks very near and 3 supermarkets in 3-5 minutes walking distance (Rewe, Penny).
It is a Zweck-WG with lovely people. Nicolo is coming from Peru and he is a professional barista working during weekdays. Vivian is German and she works also during the weekdays mostly in homeoffice.
435 euros is a final cost including everything except internet and GEZ ( around 20 euros ) which you will need to pay to Vivian.
