Wir vermieten eine wunderschöne möblierte Wohnung im Herzen des Belgischen Viertels. Die Wohnung ist renoviert und voll möbliert (inkl. Küchenutensilien). Die Wohnung hat zwei gleichwertige Zimmer (ca. 16qm und 18 qm), eine Gemeinschaftswohnküche und einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Fernseher und Sofa. Beide Zimmer sind mit Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch ausgestattet.
Der Preis von 800 EUR pro Zimmer versteht sich inkl. Möblierung, Wasser, Strom und Internet. Eine Waschmaschine wird in den nächsten Tagen ebenfalls besorgt werden.
Die beiden Zimmer sind gleichwertig: Eines besitzt ein bodentiefes Fenster mit Austritt, das andere ist dafür ca. 2qm größer.
Derzeit stehen beide Zimmer leer: daher kann entweder jeweils ein Zimmer für 800 EUR (und wir suchen den zweiten Mieter) oder die gesamte Wohnung kann für 1600 EUR gemietet werden. Die Mietdauer beträgt zunächst 6 Monate, es besteht aber die Option zur Verlängerung.
We rent a beautiful furnished apartment in the heart of the Belgian Quarter (Belgisches Viertel). The apartment is renovated and fully furnished (including kitchen utensils). The apartment has two equal rooms (about 16 sqm and 18 sqm), a common living kitchen and a common area with TV and sofa. Both rooms are equipped with bed, wardrobe and desk.
The price of 800 EUR per room includes furniture, water, electricity and internet. A washing machine will also be provided in the next few days.
The two rooms are equal: one has a floor-to-ceiling window with an exit, the other is about 2sqm bigger for it.
Currently, both rooms are empty: therefore, either one room can be rented for 800 EUR (and we are looking for the second tenant) or the whole apartment can be rented for 1600 EUR. The rental period is initially 6 months, but there is an option to extend.
