Handelt sich um ein großes, helles Zimmer mit Bett (1,20m) Schrank, Tisch, Kommode etc. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und alles steht zu deiner Verfügung. Da ich die meiste Zeit nicht da bin, wirst du die Wohnung für eine Weile sogar für dich alleine haben. Ich suche eine freundliche Person, die sorgfältig mit meinen Sachen umgeht, zuverlässig und ruhig ist und auf die Nachbarn Rücksicht nimmt.

Es handelt sich im Grunde um zwei kleine Zimmer, die durch eine Tür miteinander verbunden sind.
Daneben gibt es ein Wohn/Esszimmer eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und ein Badezimmer natürlich.

Die Lage ist zentral, alles ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Man ist schnell am Reichensperger Platz und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur zwei Stationen mit der U-Bahn. An der nahe gelegenen Neusser Straße findest du alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht. Falls du weitere Informationen brauchst, frag gerne nach.

Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Küche. Die Wäsche wird auf dem Dachboden aufgehangen. Dort befinden sich Wäscheleinen.

Ich bin gerade dabei die Wohnung etwas umzustellen. Deswegen sind die Bilder nicht ganz aktuell. Ich werde heute Abend oder morgen neue aktualisierte Bilder einstellen.
Hinsichtlich des An- und Abreisedatums bin ich auch grundsätzlich flexibel.
