ich biete ein Zimmer in sehr ruhiger Dachgeschosswohnung zur Miete für ein halbes Jahr an. Das Zimmer verfügt über Domblick und Parkett. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern plus Diele, Küche, Bad. Die komplette Wohnung ist mit schönem Parkettfußboden ausgestattet und durch die großen Fenster sehr hell und trotz Dachgeschoss sehr geräumig. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind um die 20m2 groß. Abstellkammer, eigener Dachboden und Terrasse sind auf jeden Fall eine Besonderheit, die die Wohnung auszeichnet. Am besten schaust du es dir bei Interesse einfach mal an.
Bei Fragen melde dich einfach jederzeit und wir klären Einzelheiten wenn du dir die Wohnung anschaust. Kaffee gibts gratis dazu;)

I offer a room in a very quiet attic apartment for half a year for rent. The room has cathedral view, parquet and a ceiling fan. Our apartment consists of 3 rooms plus hall, kitchen, bathroom. The entire apartment is equipped with beautiful parquet floor and through the large windows very bright and despite the attic very spacious. The common areas are around 20m2 in size (pretty awesome and pretty unusual. Store room, private loft and terrace are definitely a special feature that distinguishes the apartment. I spent the last six months in San Diego and since my study made me travel a lot I prefer to live with someone with an international background, no offense if you are german;) that’s also fine.

Das Agnes-Viertel oder auch Villenviertel genannt besteht zum größten Teil aus Altbauhäusern. Der Rhein, Zoo und Flora, der Ebertplatz und die Niehler Strasse mit zahllosen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Vom Reichenspergerplatz kann man mit der 16 und der Linie 18 in nur 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt sein. Die Rheinnähe ( 5 Minuten zu Fuß) ist ideal zum laufen oder einfach zum Schiffe beobachten.
Du würdest mit einem unkomplizierten und entspannten Weltenbummler wohnen. Wie in jeder WG ist die große Küche der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung, in der wir gemeinsam kochen, reden, depattieren, diskutieren und lachen. Wenn sich dann aber doch jemand mal verkrümeln will ist das auch ok.
