Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein super schönes ca. 22qm großes WG Zimmer im Agnesviertel ab dem 15.08 ( ggf auch früher).
Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Fenster, dass du dir nicht teilen musst.
Gemeinsam genutzt werden der Essbereich/Küche, die Waschküche und der super große Balkon (ca. 12qm).
Für die Möbel in der Küche und auf dem Balkon wird ein Abschlag fällig
Lage: Die Wohnung liegt im Agnesviertel direkt um die Ecke ist die Haltestelle Lohsestraße. Der Ebertplatz ist in ca. 7 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Von da aus sind es gerade mal 2 Stationen zum HBF.
Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowohl ein Rewe, DM und Aldi wie auch jede Menge Restaurants.
Du wohnst in einer 2-er WG.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist berufstätig und kocht in ihrer Freizeit gerne und viel.
Optimalerweise bist du zwischen 20 und 30 Student/Berufstätig und hast kein Interesse an einer Zweck-WG, sondern hast Lust auch mal gemeinsam zu kochen.
Besichtigungstermine sind am 08.08. tagsüber flexibel möglich. Schickt mir doch einfach einen Terminvorschlag.
