Kurzfristig vermiete ich mein Zimmer in der besten WGang der Stadt unter. Die WG löst sich zu Ende Mai auf. Deshalb kann bei Interesse der Mietvertrag ab Juni übernommen werden. Bis dahin bleibe ich Hauptmieterin der Wohnung und stelle einen befristeten Untermietvertrag aus.
Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und hat schöne große Fenster und bleibt größtenteils möbliert.
Die Wohnung hat an der ein oder anderen Stelle Renovierungsbedarf, aber das Zimmer ist in gutem Zustand.
In der Miete sind alle anfallenden Kosten (Warmmiete, Strom, Gas, Internet und GEZ) enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt mega zentral. Die U- und S-Bahn Haltestelle Hansaring, sowie der Ebertplatz sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof Köln ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In der WG bleiben Nicolai und Loretta und Easy (eine kleine Hündin) noch bis Ende Mai.
Wir sind bisher immer gerne unter der Woche zusammengekommen um zu essen, zu quatschen, ider einen Wein zu trinken. Es ist bis dato immer sehr harmonisch, solange sich alle an den Putzplan halten. :))) Die Wohnung ist eine ganz typische WG!
Zur Info für alle Nichtraucher: In der Küche wird auf Grund des fehlenden Balkons, bei offenem Fenster geraucht.
