Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende :)
ab Juli bis August (06.08) biete ich meine schönes helles Zimmer im Agnes Viertel an.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 14 qm groß, große Fenster und hat eine unglaublich zentrale Lage.
In zwei Minuten seid ihr am Ebertplatz, wo die 16,18,12 und 15 fahren.
Ihr braucht ungefähr 15 min zum Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß, oder eine Haltestelle mit der Bahn.
Supermarkt, wie Rewe und Aldi, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie alle anderen notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Zu der Wohnung.
Wir wohnen zu dritt in der 70qm großen Wohnung. Meine zwei Mitbewohner sind beide super nett und entspannt drauf, es ist definitiv keine Zweck-Wg, aber jeder hat immer seine Ruhe.
Marie ist 23 und studiert Eventmanagement und Stephan (26) macht eine Ausbildung zum Soundtechnicker
Ich würde das zweit größte Zimmer vermieten, was komplett möbliert ist. Du kannst gerne alles benutzen !!
Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sowie ganz wichtig Kaffeemaschine :D
