Ich biete mein helles WG Zimmer vom 01.01.23- 31.01.23 zur Zwischenmiete an.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 19 qm groß. Es ist sehr hell & verfügt über einen offenen Kleiderschrank.
Da wir in einer Straße wohnen, die relativ gut von Menschen besucht wird, darfst du nicht soo lärmempfindlich sein:)
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Hansaring“ (Linie 12/15) ist direkt um die Ecke und die S-Bahn Haltestelle „Hansaring“ ist in ebenfalls nur 2 min. zu erreichen. Von dort aus bist du in einer Station am Hauptbahnhof oder in 17 min. am Köln/Bonner Flughafen.
Ein Rewe liegt ebenfalls nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Außerhalb gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Dönerläden in der Nähe.
In den 4 Wochen würdest du mit Maren und Lena die Wohnung teilen.
Lena ist momentan im Masterstudium - Soziale Arbeit.
Maren ist Logopädin und hängt grade noch ihr Masterstudium hinten dran.
Beide sind super liebe Zeitgenossinnen gewesen & abends ist oftmals Zeit für einen Plausch in unserer gemütlichen Küche.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 540€ (inklusive aller Kosten)
