I am looking for a reliable new tenant, who should take over my furnished 02 - room - apartment from Fed 8th,2023.
The apartment is very cozy, quiet and perfect for two person.The 450 Euro total costs are only ancillary costs and have been included in the cold rent. Wi-Fi and cable TV included.
In the main room there is a small kitchen and in the beautiful bathroom there is thebathtub, wardrobe , washing machine.
Through the large window overlooking the courtyard, the apartment is quickly ventilated and since it is protected from direct sunlight, it will not be so hot in summer.

Durch das große Fenster zum Innenhof ist die Wohnung schnell durchlüftet und da sie vor direkter Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt ist, wird es im Sommer nicht so heiß.
