Mein Zimmer steht zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung, da ich für mehrere Monate ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht (klein aber fein!). Es gibt ein Sofa, ein Bücherregal, einen Schreibtisch, ein 140/200cm Bett, und einen Kleiderständer. Obwohl das Fenster zu einer Hauptstraße zeigt, ist die Schalldämmung recht gut. Meine einzige Bitte wäre, dass du meine Pflanzen alle paar Wochen gießt!

My room is available to sublet because I am going abroad for several months. The room is quite small, but has everything you need (klein aber fein!). There's a couch, a book shelf, a desk, a 140/200cm bed, and a clothing rack. Although the window faces a main street, the sound insulation is quite good. My only request would be that you water my plants every few weeks :)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral (1 Minute vom Zülpicher Platz entfernt), hat eine gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, und ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptgebäude der Universität entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich außerdem ein Rewe, Penny und Lidl. Weil die Wohnung so zentral liegt, kann es an den Wochenenden ziemlich laut werden. Die Schalldämmung ist aber recht gut. Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung nicht für extrem leichte Schläfer empfehlen.

The apartment is very centrally located (1-minute away from Zülpicher Platz), has great public transit options, and is a 15-minute walk away from the university's Hauptgebäude. Within walking distance you'll also find a Rewe, Penny, and Lidl. Because we are in such a central location, things can get quite loud on the weekends. However, the sound insulation is pretty good. Nonetheless, I wouldn't recommend the apartment for extremely light sleepers.
Du wirst mit Juliana (w20) und Anton (m20) zusammenleben. Juliana studiert Afrikanistik und Anthropologie. Anton studiert Germanistik und Musik (Lehramt). Uns ist es wichtig, Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, und wir versuchen, mindestens ein WG-Event (z.B. gemeinsames Kochen) pro Woche zu organisieren.
Wir geben uns auch ziemlich viel Mühe, die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Wir sind natürlich nicht perfekt, würden aber jemanden bevorzugen, der ebenfalls Wert auf Sauberkeit legt.

You'll be living with Juliana (w20) and Anton (m20). Juliana studies African Studies and Anthropology. Anton studies Germanic Studies and Music (Lehramt). It's important to us to spend time together and we try to organize at least one apartment event (e.g., cooking together) per week. We also put a fair bit of effort into keeping the apartment clean. We're obviously not perfect, but would prefer someone who similarly values cleanliness.
