Befristetes WG Zimmer 20qm, Uninähe, direkt am Bf Süd, viel Licht, Balkon, Badewanne, ab 01.02.2024 für 2-4 Monate

Hallo Zimmersuchende,

hier für 2-3 Monate ein Zimmer frei. Der eigentliche Mitbewohner ist gerade berufsbedingt in einer anderen Stadt unterwegs. Das Zimmer hat große 20qm, kann möbliert bezogen werden, es gibt eine große Wohnküche, einen Balkon und eine Badewanne.

Mein Leben ist durch die Woche etwas ruhiger geworden und ist geprägt vom alltäglichen hustle, wobei ich gern Großstadt in allen Zügen dabei genieße. Mir ist sehr daran gelegen, dass man sich zuhause wohlfühlt, auf die Bedürfnisse des anderen Acht gibt und mit gelungener Kommunikation miteinander lebt. Ich arbeite als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter bei einem Forschungsinstitut in der Nähe von Bonn - bin 1-2x die Woche dort, sonst im Home Office.

Es gibt 'n großen Kühlschrank, man kann hier sehr gut gemeinsam Dinge unternehmen, aber genauso gut seinen eigenen Mist durchziehen. Viele nette Nachbarn, super Lage, alles ganz fein.

Am besten seid ihr bereits etwas WG-erfahren, der Preis mit allem liegt irgendwo bei 530€, unsere Gas&Stromkosten werden zurzeit etwas angepasst - bei +-10-20€ sollte sich das einpendeln.

Hello room seekers,

I have a room available for 2-3 months. The actual flatmate is currently living in another city for work. The room is 20 square metres, furnished if you wish, there is a large kitchen/living room, a balcony and a bathtub.

My life has become a little quieter during the week and is characterised by the daily hustle and bustle, although I like to enjoy the big city to the full. It is very important to me that people feel comfortable at home, take care of each other's needs and live together with successful communication. I work as a research assistant at a research institute near Bonn - I'm there 1-2 times a week, otherwise I work from home.

There's a big fridge, you can do things together very well here, but it's just as easy to go about your own business. Lots of nice neighbours, great location, everything is fine.

It's best if you already have some experience in shared flats, the price with everything is somewhere around 530€, our gas and electricity costs are currently being adjusted a little - it should level out at +-10-20€.
