Ich biete mein WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich in dem Zeitraum ein Praktikum in München mache. Die Möbel bleiben für den Zeitraum logischerweise da. Das Zimmer ist schön hell aber nicht ganz leise, da man abends sowohl Nebengeräusche aus dem Zappes als auch von der Straße hat. Wen das nicht stört, der findet sich in einem geräumigen, hellen und Zimmer wieder.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Sehr zentral und kurze Wege überall hin. Zum Einkaufen sind Rewe und Aldi keine 400m weit weg. Die Linie 1 und 7 ist zu Fuß unter 5min zu erreichen. Außerdem fahren vor der Tür die Buslinien 136 und 146. Etwas weiter, zum Zülpicher oder Barbarossaplatz läuft man ca. 10 min und erreicht dort die Linie 12, 15, 16 und 18. Und ganz wichtig, die Wege ins Belgische Viertel und somit zu vielen tollen Bars oder auch zum Aachener Weiher in den Grüngürtel sind super kurz!
Das WG-Leben ist ein nettes Miteinander. Jeder hat seinen Freiraum aber gemeinsame Abendessen oder Ähnliches dürfen natürlich nicht fehlen. Paul ist 26 Jahre alt und arbeitet in der Gastronomie, Johannes ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert Sport.
