We are abroad for a month and therefore rent our beautiful old apartment in the heart of the Kwartier Latäng.
The apartment consists of a large living room, a living room with small balcony, 2 bedrooms, work room, bathroom with bathtub and a large laundry room with washing machine. Details can be found in the photos or otherwise you can ask. In the yard or the large cellar room you can park bicycles.
We leave all the furniture there and clean up closets after consultation with you so you can have room for your clothes. Bookcase for the decoration and dishes etc. we leave there.

Wir sind für einen Monat im Ausland und vermieten deswegen unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im Herzen des Kwartier Latäng unter.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche, einem Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon, 2 Schlafzimmern, Arbeitszimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einer großen Waschküche mit Waschmaschine. Details könnt ihr den Fotos entnehmen oder sonst gerne fragen. Im Hof oder dem großen Kellerraum könnt ihr Fahrräder unterstellen.
Wir lassen alle Möbel da und räumen Schränke nach Absprache mit euch aus, damit ihr Platz für eure Kleidung habt. Bücherregal zum Schmökern und Geschirr etc. lassen wir da.
The apartment is super central. The station Süd (directly connected to Bonn, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal uvm.) is 5 minutes away, also the university, the Barbarossaplatz and Zülpicher Platz can be reached immediately. Rewe, Penny, Edeka and Lidl are in the immediate vicinity. The Rathenauplatz with its beer garden is a beautiful meeting place, there are many cafés and restaurants in the area.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Der Bahnhof Süd (direkt Verbindung nach Bonn, Düsseldorf, Wuppertal uvm.) liegt 5 Minuten weg, auch die Uni, der Barbarossaplatz und Zülpicher Platz sind sofort erreichbar. Rewe, Penny, Edeka und Lidl sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Rathenauplatz mit seinem Biergarten ist ein wunderschöner Treffpunkt, es gibt viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung.
We are abroad in June. From July only my girlfriend comes back and will take over the back of the apartment. I myself left until the end of September. Thus we rent the two apartments separately - the rear part for 1 month (June, this ad), the front part for 4 months (June-September, see other ad).
Each part consists of 2 private rooms (one bedroom and one living/working room) and the use of the common rooms (living-kitchen, bathroom, laundry room). Due to a long corridor, the two parts of the apartment are spatially very well separated and therefore offer optimal privacy.
Wir sind den Juni gemeinsam im Ausland. Ab Juli kommt zunächst nur meine Freundin zurück und wird den hinteren Teil der Wohnung übernehmen. Ich selbst bin bis Ende September weg. Somit vermieten wir die beiden Wohnungsteile separat - den hinteren Teil für 1 Monat (Juni, diese Anzeige), den vorderen Teil für 4 Monate (Juni-September, siehe andere Anzeige).
Jeder Teil besteht dann aus 2 eigenen Zimmern (ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer) und der Nutzung der gemeinsamen Räume (Wohnküche, Badezimmer, Waschküche). Durch einen langen Flur sind die beiden Wohnungsteile räumlich sehr gut voneinander getrennt und bieten daher optimale Privatsphäre.
