The room is 9sqm tall, but it looks much bigger due to the high bed, so you have plenty of room for your stuff. In addition, thanks to the large window, it is very flooded during the day.
Some pieces of furniture remain in the room (including the high bed, desk, shelves, etc.) and have to be taken over against a deduction of €800 – so you can move in directly and feel comfortable.
In addition, a wardrobe and a shoe dish are available in the hallway to accommodate your things well.
Das Zimmer ist 9qm groß, wirkt aber durch das Hochbett deutlich größer, so hast du darunter viel Spielraum für deine Sachen. Außerdem ist es dank des großen Fensters tagsüber sehr lichtdurchflutet.
Einige Möbelstücke bleiben im Zimmer (u. a. das Hochbett, Schreibtisch, Regale etc.) und müssen gegen eine Abschlagszahlung von 800 € übernommen werden – so kannst du direkt einziehen und dich wohlfühlen.
Zusätzlich steht dir im Flur ein Kleiderschrank sowie ein Schuhrank zur Verfügung, um deine Sachen gut unterzubringen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Zülpicher Platz. Du hast super guten Anschluss an Öffis, Bars, Cafes, Supermärkte etc
We do not wish for a purpose World Cup, but a relaxed, friendly coexistence. Whether cooking together, sporting together or playing evening – we look forward to spending time outside the WG everyday. At the same time, we respect the privacy of each person.
Order is important to us, but we are not a cleaning fan.
