in meiner gemütlichen Altbau-WG nahe des Rathenauplatzes werden für 6 Monate zwei Zimmer frei! Ein 19,5qm großes und helles Zimmer mit kleinem Austritt zur Straße, ein 16qm großes etwas dunkleres aber auch leiseres Zimmer zum Hof.
Beide Zimmer sind unmöbliert (nur ein Holztisch wäre da).
Ich habe zuletzt mit einem Paar zusammengewohnt, was toll war - also das Wohnen und das Paar ;-) Es gab jedoch auch eine Mitbewohnerin, die sich ein Arbeits/Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer eingerichtet hatte. 2er oder 3er WG - beides geht!
In der WG ist für alles gesorgt, wir sind komplett ausgestattet! Der Gemeinschaftraum der Wohnung ist die zentrale Wohnküche mit jeder Menge Platz zum Kochen, Schnacken und Lesen.
Platz für dein Fahrrad gibt es im Innenhof.
Von der Haustür sind es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis auf den schönen Rathenauplatz mit Bänken, Biergarten, Tischtennisplatte und Boulebahn...

In my cozy flat-share in in a charming old building near Rathenauplatz, two rooms will be free for 6 months! A 19.5 square meter and bright room with a small tiiiiny balcony to the street, a 16 square meter bit darker but also quiet room to the courtyard.
I last lived with a couple, which was great - the living and the couple ;-), but there was also a roommate who had set up a study and living room and a separate bedroom. Sharing the flat with one or two roommates both is possible!
Both rooms are unfurnished (only a wooden table would be there).
You‘ll find everything you need in the apartment! Our common room is a comfortable kitchen providing enough space to cook, eat, sit and chat together.
In the courtyard you can park your bike.
From the front door it is only a few steps to the beautiful Rathenauplatz with benches, beer garden, table tennis and boules area ...
Die Wohnung liegt in der ruhigen Boissereestrasse im Belgischen Viertel direkt am Rathenauplatz! Zentraler geht es fast gar nicht. Egal wo du in der Stadt bist - weit nach Hause ist es fast nie... Ein Bäcker befindet sich direkt im Nebenhaus, ein Rewe und jede Menge Kiosks sind ums Eck. Haufenweise Kneipen und Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Clubs und kleine Läden umgeben den Rathenauplatz und durchziehen das ganze Viertel. Ein schönes Kino gibt es auch direkt um die Ecke. Zur Uni sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Bis zum Grüngürtel sind es nur ein paar Meter.
In Laufnähe befinden sich Stationen der Linien 9, 12, 15, 16 und 18, der Bahnhof Süd für Regionalzüge, sowie Bushaltestellen.
The flat is situated in a street called „Boissereestraße“ in the center of Cologne near to a park (Aachener Weiher) and Rathenauplatz, where you can play table tennis and relax in a beer garden. Due to our central location, you can ride home on your bike from anywhere in the city. There‘s a bakery in our street, two supermarkets in walking distance and lots of good bars, restaurants, clubs, cafés and a good cinema in the neighbourhood. The university is only 5 minutes away by foot and you can take the trams no. 9, 12, 15, 16 and 18 easily from here. The local train to Bonn or Düsseldorf passes at the nearby Bahnhof Süd frequently.
Ich bin Sebastian (36) und freue mich auf ein oder zwei nette(n) Mitbewohner*innen, die ihr eigenes Ding machen und vielleicht auch schon ein wenig in der Stadt angekommen sind. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen: Das ist keine Zweck-WG! Aber ich arbeite u.a. in Siegen und pendele oft zu meiner Freundin nach Wuppertal. Daher findest Du/findet ihr bei mir keine Party-WG oder eine Gemeinschaft, die von nun an alles gemeinsam unternimmt und die Stadt erkundet. Du/Ihr findest hier einen ruhigen und gemütlichen Platz, um die Stadt zu leben und einen Mitbewohner, der gerne kocht, joggen geht, musiziert und natürlich auch mal was unternimmt aber eben auch öfter weg ist. Dafür kommt manchmal ein kleiner Hund zu Besuch!
I'm Sebastian (36) and I'm looking forward to one or two nice roommates who likes to get know new people but who is also able to explore the city on their own. Please do not get it wrong: I'm not just cohabitating or coexisting and like to hang out in the kitchen! But I do a part time job in Siegen and frequently commute to my girlfriend in Wuppertal - so I might not be home every day and night. Therefore, you will not find a place to party or a community that will do everything together and explore the city from now on. What you will find is a cosy and calm place to live in the city and an open-minded roommate who likes to cook, do some sports or music, and of course go out once in a while. And sometimes a small dog comes to visit!
