Da ich beruflich im Ausland bin, vermiete ich mein Doppelzimmer vom 01.02. Bis 12.03.2023 unter. Du solltest für mindestens einen Monat bleiben/ Miete zahlen.
Es sind zwei zusammenhängende Zimmer (45m²) und du hast dein eigenes Bad.
Wie du auf den Fotos siehst, ist die Wohnung voll möbliert. Dein Mitbewohner wird der Marcel sein. Die gesamte Wohnung ist 105m² groß. Für eine Wg schon sehr viel Platz und jeder hat seinen Raum. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr hell und hoch. Die Küche ist gemütlich, groß und gut ausgestattet!
Also: die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und in dieser Lage ein Glückstreffer! Komm vorbei und schau es dir an!
Die Lützowstr. liegt mittig zwischen Zülpicher und Aachenerstr. Die beiden angesagten Ausgeh Meilen Kölns also in 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Uni liegt auch fußnah.
Der Grüngürtel/ Park liegt quasi gegenüber und der schöne Rathenauplatz ist um die Ecke.
Wer trotzdem mal weg will: Bus um die Ecke, Südbahnhof 6 min. Fußweg.
Die Straße ist relativ ruhig und wenig befahren.
Einkaufen kann man auch problemlos.
Parken naja, ich finde dann doch immer noch einen Platz...
Marcel ist ein geselliger Mensch, der sich freut wenn jemand eine zeitlang einzieht. Da die Küche groß ist und jeder sein eigenes Bad hat, alles easy.
