In unserer WG ist ein Zimmer frei.
Dein Zimmer hat ca 20 m² mit leichten Dachschrägen an einer Wand. Es hat einen schönen Dielenboden und altbautypisch hohe Decken. Mitbenutzen kannst du eine neue, voll-ausgestattete Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, das große lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer, einen tollen Balkon und ein schönes, neues Tageslicht Badezimmer.
Your room has 20 m² and is equipped with wooden flooring, high ceiling and a beautiful view.
You are more than welcome to use the fully equipped and new kitchen with laundry machine and dish washer etc. The living room is a perfect spot to dine, talk and watch TV. Due to the fact that we live on the 4th floor we have light-flodded rooms. The whole flat was recently renovated and has a nice balcony and bathroom.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen:
Ecke Aachenerstraße / Moltkestraße -- mitten im Leben. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich die Bahnanbindungen zur Line 1 und 7, ein Supermarkt, ein Fitnessstudio und endlose Bars/Restaurants/Clubs. Das gratis Workout in den vierten Stock gibts jeden Tag gratis dazu :)
Nothing more to say than: it´s just perfect
10m distance to the next metro stations, 1 min to a supermarket and a gym. Lots of restaurants and bars are reachable within a few minutes. Also, there is a bar in the ground level :D
Basti studiert im Moment in seinem zweiten/dritten Semester Wirtschaftspsychologie in Köln und arbeitet nebenbei an ein paar Gründungsideen.
Es handelt sich um eine eher ruhige Wg. Abends saßen wir gerne Abends nochmal auf einen Drink zusammen, oder gingen gemeinsam raus.
Wenn DU ein entspannter Typ bist der Lust auf ein lockeres WG-Leben hat freuen wir uns von dir zu hören.
Basti is doing his Masters. We usually meet up for dinner or drinks, watch TV and go out sometimes.

Unser Mitbewohner Marius zieht zum Ende diesen Monats aus da er nach Frankreich zieht.
Basti bleibt in der Wohnung, da er derzeit noch in Köln studiert und ich ziehe aus familiären Gründen um.
Dadurch ergibt sich eine neue Situation in unserer Wohnung, wodurch 2 super lichtdurchfluteten Zimmer frei geworden sind bzw. frei werden.
