Hallihallo,
ab dem 1. Juni wird das zweite Zimmer in dieser Wohnung frei. :)
Das Zimmer ist genauso groß wie das andere, ca 16-17qm und hat ein großes Fenster sodass man auch nur von Tageslicht leben könnte.
Die Wohnung wurde 2015 kernsaniert und ist somit sehr gut isoliert (Schall, Wärme) und auch modern ausgestattet. Weiße Wände und Echtholzboden runden das ganze ab.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral - fußläufig 2 Minuten vom Aachener Weiher und ca. 7 Minuten bis zum Rudolfplatz entfernt. Außerdem hat man 100 m entfernt die Haltestelle 'Moltkestraße', ab wo man im Minutentakt die 1, 7, 136, 146 nutzen kann.
Es ist eine 2 Zimmer Wohnung, heißt also jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer, aber in der Küche ist reichlich Platz, sodass man gut Freunde einladen kann - wo ich direkt zum nächsten Thema komme. Ich finde es wichtig, dass die Wohnung keine Zweck-Gemeinschaft ist, sondern man auch mal etwas unternimmt und nicht nur aneinander vorbei lebt. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass sich beide wohl fühlen.
