In unserer schönen, 80qm großen Südstadt-WG wird ab August ein Zimmer frei. Es ist 12 qm groß, hat ein Fenster und geht zum Hinterhof raus. Daher ist es schön ruhig.
Die WG liegt in der schönen Kölner Südstadt in optimaler Lage. Nahe zum Chlodwigplatz, zu Supermärkten, zum Rhein und dem Friedenspark/Volksgraten und umzingelt von Cafes und Restaurants ...
Das WG-Leben ist gemütlich und gelegentlich wird zusammen gekocht. Wir sind berufstätig viel unterwegs aber auch zuhause, hängen gerne im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und oder der Küche ab.
Da einige Dinge mit ausziehen, freuen wir uns wenn du Möbel oder anderes mitbringst oder Lust hast dich in die Umgestaltung einzubringen. Ein Abschlag von 250€ fällt u.a. für SpüMa und Herd an.
