Wir suchen Nachwuchs für unsere liebenswerte Altbauwohnung - idyllisch gelegen zwischen Luxor und Südbahnhof. Wir, das sind Alex (Kaffeemann) und Tanja (Rechtsfrau, aber keine von den Bösen). Weil unsere ehemalige Mitbewohnerin Svenja ihr Referendariat in Berlin macht, es aber nicht übers Herz bringt, unser Zuhause komplett aufzugeben, wird das Zimmer deshalb vorerst für ca. 9-10 Monate frei.
Rotweingetränkte Küchentischgespräche, gemütliche Abende auf der Couch, gemeinsame Kioskbiere, im Stammcafé rumlungern und gelegentliche Sonntagsflohmarktspaziergänge finden wir ziemlich gut. Wenn es draußen regnet und der Wein leer ist, finden wir auch zusammen kochen und Filme gucken ziemlich gut.
Gesucht wird ein an der Welt interessierter, offener Mensch, der sich nicht davon gestört fühlt, dass in der Küche geraucht wird. Außerdem teilen wir das (vegetarische) Essen und würden uns freuen, wenn das so bleibt.
Wenn du das auch ziemlich gut findest, könntest du es bei uns ziemlich gut finden. Du bekommst sogar zwei Zimmer ganz für dich allein!

We’re looking for someone to move into our beautiful old flat located between the Luxor club and Südbahnhof. We are is Alex (coffee man) and Tanja (law woman, but none of the evil ones). Because our old roommate has moved to Berlin temporarily the room will (for the time being) be free for 9-10 months.
We like to indulge in a glass or two of red wine, spend the evening on the couch, hang out and have a beer at the kiosk, cafes and the occasional look around at a flea market. If it starts raining outside and the wine is gone we also like to cook together and enjoy a movie or twenty.
Who we’re looking for: Someone who is open and interested and doesn’t mind smoking in the kitchen. We share our food (vegetarian) and would appreciate it if it stayed that way.
If you think that’s a good fit, you could have a pretty good time with us. In addition you get two rooms all to yourself!
