Hey :)
da ich kurzfristig in eine andere Stadt umziehe, wird mein Zimmer in meiner 2er-WG in der Kölner Südstadt frei.
Die WG selbst löst sich allerdings zum (voraussichtlich) 01.08.2021 auf – deshalb wäre die Miete befristet auf den 31.07.2021. Eventuell könnte bis zum 31.08.2021 verlängert werden. Das ist leider noch nicht klar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Chlodwigplatz.
Es gibt einen Aufzug, Balkon, Spülmaschine + Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, hell und ich würde es teilmöbliert vermieten.
Dazu zählt ein Kleiderschrank und ein großes Kallax-Regal.
