Hello!!
My name is Emma, I’m 23 and for the past 3 years I lived in this lovely Wohnung, sadly because of corona I will have to move back to Italy at the beginning of July. So here we are looking for someone who would like to live in the city center with two amazing roommates.
We like to cook and sing together and also drink a Kölsch on the balcony ;)
The sun shines all day and when it’s summer you can enjoy the balcony until 22.
The WG is situated in the city center, from Barbarossaplatz (which you reach in 2minutes walking) you can easily take the 12, 15, 16, 18 Ubahns for every direction.
If you walk for 5 minutes you can also reach Köln-Süd train station.
You can also reach the University by walking 8minutes and also Aachnerweiher and Unipark.
The room you will stay in is not loud at all because the balcony is located at the other side of Luxemburgerstraße so it’s always quiet and sunny.
The two flatmates are Torben and Lena.
They are very funny and chill.
Torben is 29 and works most of the day, the rest of his time he likes to play video games, play guitar in a band and in the weekends he likes to play basketball.
Lena is 23 and she sings like an angel, she works as a waitress, study and like to cook a lot of nice vegetarian dishes.
Because I will have to move back to Italy I will have to also sell, included with the room, my interiors; which are : the wood bed, the wardrobe, the blue armchair, the white tiny table and the coat-hanger and the mirror.
