zum 1.09.2022 suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in der Kölner Südstadt für die Übernahme der Hauptmieterschaft!! Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin Gizem (31) ist berufstätig , sehr freundlich und angenehm; und arbeitet im Bereich Design. Sie wird wahrscheinlich gegen Herbst die Wohnung verslassen. Sie spricht fließend Englisch und Türkisch und ihr Deutsch wird stets perfekert. Es wäre gut, wenn dein Deutsch für die Kommunikation mit Vermieter etc. ausreicht.

Ich/wir halten Ausschau nach einem Nachmieter, der ein friedvolles Zusammenleben schätzt und ein prinzipiell ruhiges Gemüt mit *genug* Gefühl für ein harmonisches Miteinander (offene Kommunikation, Rücksichtnahme etc.) mitbringt. Berufstätige und Menschen mit einer positiven Grundeinstellung zum Leben sind sehr willkommen :).

ACHTUNG: Die Mietpreise können sich ändern bei Überschreibung der Hauptmieterschaft. Ebenfalls kannst du den Stromanbieter wechseln oder den Vertrag ggf übernehmen. Das Gleiche gilt für das Internet.

Das Zimmer ist wird unmöbliert vermietet. Die Schlafcouch kann übernommen werden.

I/we are looking for a new tenant who appreciates peaceful living athmosphere and has a basically calm temper with *enough* feeling for harmonious coexistemce (open communication, respect etc.). Employees and people with a positive attitude towards life are very welcome :).
