Hi im Max and a very extroverted person with many friends. It is not uncommon that 2 times a week 1-2 buddies come over for a chill evening with a cocktail or beer. Every now and then a house party should be possible on the Weekend.
I work in a bar and therefore arrive at home from time to time between 04 and 07:30. However, in my previous Shared living arrangement this was never a problem, because the bedroom up for rent is as soundproof as a bunker.
The most important characteristics for enjoyable communal living with me are clear and direct communication.
If you do not communicate issues or problems with my behavior to me, I have no way of adjusting it. The same goes vice versa. I am very direct and confrontational with the intention of solving problems so it is important to me that you do not take critique personally and feel attacked.
The Ideal roommate on my part is a friend who will have a couple drinks with me and my friends when they are there as well, however this is not paramount.
Review left by last flatmate:
With Max as a roommate, you never get bored - whether it's cooking together, having an evening whiskey sour, or playing one (or ten) games of Beerpong; Max always knows how to have fun.
In addition, Max is someone who always sticks to agreements and shows a willingness to compromise in all situations. Open communication is very important to him when living together and makes solving problems before they even arise possible.
Bed, wardrobe and desk can be purchased if wanted. Exact prices and negotiations can be discussed if interested.
