Hi! Ich (Luzie) bin ab Mitte Juli für drei bis vier Monate unterwegs und tausche das Zimmer für die Zeit mit meinem Mitbewohner (Marcel), dessen Zimmer frei wird. Es liegt in der oberen Etage unserer Maisonette-Wohnung und ist durch die großen Fenster mit Park- und Domblick sehr hell. Man hat direkten Zugang auf einen kleinen, improvisierten Balkon.
Hi! As Luzie is going to leave cologne for a few months we'll have an empty room that we are looking to rent out this summer. It is about 12 sqm in size, has high ceilings with a bunk bed (1.40 x 2 m), large windows to both sides and direct access to a balcony. It comes fully furnished though will likely look a bit different cause we're going to take the record player and piano downstairs
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am südlichen Ende des Grüngürtels in direkter Nähe zur Uni und dem Aachener Weiher. Bis zum Bf Köln Süd sind es keine fünf Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ist man in zehn Minuten am Hbf, Rhein oder in Ehrenfeld :)
Our flat is located a touch outside the city centre - it's super close to Bahnhof Süd, Aachener Weiher and the University, and the rhine and main station are only 10 minutes away by bike
Wir sind Elija (25), der gerade seinen Geowissenschaften-Bachelor abgeschlossen hat, gerne Sport/Yoga macht und sich gelegentlich dem Aktzeichnen widmet; Marcel (28) macht irgendwas mit Weltraumforschung, spielt Klavier und lebt sich nebenbei handwerklich und beim skaten aus, während Lynn (23) in aller Welt unterwegs ist und sich neben ihrem Journalismusbachelor für Fotografie und nachhaltige Mode begeistert. Tja, und Luz, aber die ist diesen Sommer mit Freund und Van in Europa unterwegs.
Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt. Jeder hat eigene Sachen am laufen, aber wir kommen regelmäßig spontan in der Wohnküche zusammen um zu kochen, trash oder deep talken.
Your roomates are: Elija (25), who just finished bachelor thesis in geological sciences, likes to do sports, yoga and act drawing; Marcel (28) does space flight research, likes to play piano, sewing and skating, while Lynn (23) is about to finish her bachelors in journalism and is really into photography and sustainable fashion. They're all mighty fine fellas and while everyone has their own stuff going on, we randomly end up hanging out in the kitchen quite often. Joining in is as much possible as staying to yourself and either will be erespected.
Du kannst das Zimmer eventuell auch etwas länger halten, da Luz und ihr Freund einen nach hinten offenen Reiseplan haben. Die drei Monate wird es mindestens frei sein.
It's possible that the room will be vacant for a few more weeks since Luz and her boyfriend don't have a particular deadline for their travels. It'll be vacant for a minimum of three months though.
