Schönes Zimmmer mit großem Doppelfenster und 3,40m hohen Decken sucht Dich! Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin radelt ins Ausland, daher wird es zum 01.03. frei für eine neue tolle Person! :)
Das Zimmer kann (teil-)möbliert oder auf Absprache ggf. auch unmöbliert vermietet werden. Es geht zu einer Seitenstraße raus, die aber für die Innenstadtlage echt ruhig ist, mit offenem Fenster schlafen geht meist klar. Am Wochenende können des Nachts aber manchmal sehr lustige Gespräche belauscht werden... ;)
Obwohl es nach Norden raus geht, ist das Zimmer sehr hell und bekommt morgens früh und Abends auch Sonne, da die Straße genau Ost - West ausgerichtet ist. In der Straße stehen Ginkobäume (die bei uns stinken aber nicht).
Außerdem gibts in der Wohnung noch ne super gemütliche Wohnküche in der auch die Waschmaschine steht, nen Bad mit Badewanne und nen kleinen Flur mit Abstellkammern. Die Wohnung ist bisher - bis auf eine vernünftige Espresso-/Kaffeemaschine - mit allem ausgestattet was ein Mensch so zum Leben braucht.
Leider ist der Zugang zur Wohnung, sowie die Wohnung selbst nicht barrierefrei.
Beautiful room with big window and 3,40m high ceiling. Room can be rented furnished. The room is facing the street, however it's surprisingly quiet considering it's location within the city centre. On the weekend its possible to sometimes overhear funny conversations of people passing by. There are Ginkotrees (these are not of the stinky version) all over the street and in front of the house. Even though the room is facing north, it is bright and sun will illuminate the room in the morning and evening. The rest of the flat features a cosy but spacy kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a small hallway with space to store things. It is supplied with everything necessary (except maybe a decent coffee machine, feel free to bring one^^). Unfortunatly due to its location on the third floor the room is not accessible for people living with disabilities.
Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar zentral: mitten im Belgischen! Alles was du brauchst ist zu Fuß in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen (Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Kioskbüdchen, Bars, Cafés, Sportstudios, Restaurants, Blumenläden, Apotheken, Clubs Straßenbahnen ectr. und Bf Köln-Süd/Köln-West sind mit dem Bike jeweils in 5-10 Min. erreichbar...)
Direkt ums Eck ist auch der Grüngürtelabschnitt des Aachener Weihers mit Möglichkeiten für Sport, Spaß und Schlendern.
Das einzige was die Wohnung leider nicht hat ist nen Balkon oder Garten. Super schade, aber dafür ist halt alles andere quasi vor der Tür.

Trams and Trains can easily be reached as well (5 Minutes by bike). Just around the corner is a park (Aachener Weiher) which is quite practical, as the flat has neither balcony nor garden.
Du wohnst mit mir Laura (sie/ihr, 31) zusammen. Ich bin glaub ich ein offener, interessierter und herzlicher Mensch, habe im letzten Jahr als Inklusionsbegleiterin gearbeitet, bin daneben schon länger in der offenen Jugendarbeit und als Bildungsreferentin tätig. Themen wie Nachhaltigkeit, (intersektioneller/queerer) Feminismus, Klimagerechtigkeit und Sexualpädagogik finde ich momentan besonders spannend, lasse mich aber gerne für alles mögliche begeistern. Sonst bin ich gerne viel draussen/in der Natur und in Bewegung, mache Sport, reise wenn ich kann, koche und backe gerne (veggie/vegan), Hobbygärtner an meinen Zimmerpflanzen rum, bastel/prödel mich durch irgendein Projekt und hänge auf nen leckeren Kaffee/Drink mit Freund*innen rum, was wir halt alle so machen...
Meine ganz wilden Partyzeiten habe ich glaube ich schon hinter mir, aber ich lasse mich durchaus mal dazu breitschlagen die Nacht zu durchtanzen oder auf ein cooles
Festival (zB. die Fusion) zu fahren.
Ich mag ein entspanntes, gemeinschaftliches, herzliches und vor allem ehrliches Miteinander. Dabei ist mir wichtig, dass wir gut und klar über unsere Bedürfnisse kommunizieren und uns gegenseitig wertschätzend begegnen.
Den restlichen WG-blabla schreib ich hier jetzt mal nicht rein, bisschen Rücksicht, bisschen aufräumen, bisschen einbringen usw. das ist ja alles iwie selbstverständlich...
Vielleicht auch noch wichtig: du solltest mindestens ein Jahr hier wohnen wollen, gerne aber auch länger.
Ich häng mich jetzt nicht an Zahlen auf, aber da ich viel mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen arbeite, ist es mir schon irgendwie wichtig, dass Du nicht mehr Anfang 20 bist und ein paar Erfahrung im Zusammenleben mit anderen Menschen mitbringst.
You'll live with me (Laura/her, 31) an open-minded, interested and friendly human being. I worked as a special needs teaching assistant in a school for the last year, have been working with kids and youths for quite some time now, also work as a consultant for education in the field of SDG's and sustainability (sounds a bit weird in English but the German description for this work is quite specific). Currently I like to deal with topics such as climate justice intersectional/queer feminism, sex education and sustainability but I can find something interesting in almost anything.
I love being outside, doing sports, cooking/baking, travelling, my plants, crafting or some project in the flat and having a good time with my friends. My wildest Partytimes might have passed already but I certainly enjoy a wee bit of dancing every now and then and love to go to music festivals (sth. like fusion festival) in the summer.
I really am fond of open, honest and appreciating communication and respecting each individuals needs in a shared living situation. I will not mention the rest of the WG playbook...a matter of implicidness.
Also, I am looking for someone to stay here for at least one year. Please mind however, that I am looking for someone a bit older than just 20, with a little bit of life and shared living experience ;).
Normalerweise antworte ich immer auf jede Nachricht, da ich das irgendwie scheiße finde, wenn sich eine Person viel Mühe gibt und dann nix zurück kommt. Da hier aber erfahrungsgemäß eine Flut an Emails reinkommt, nehmt's mir bitte nicht übel wenn ich es nicht bei allen schaffe zu antworten.
