Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und geht zum Innenhof raus, daher ist es ziemlich ruhig. Es wird Möbeliert übergeben, allerdings ohne Matratze, das kömnte ich aber vor deiner Ankunft für dich organisieren. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete. In der Miete ist alles enthalten, wir haben bereits eine ordentliche Strompreiserhöhung bekommen die ist schon drin!
The room has 12 square meters and is directed into the courtyard and therefore calm (as it gets in the city). The room is furnished but without matress but I could organise one for you before your stay. The deposit is the heigt of a one-month rental payment. The rent includes everything, due to the current situation we already received a high rise in energy bills which is invluded in the rent.
Die Lage ist ein Traum! Super tolle Nachbarn und 2 Straßenbahn Stationen (Eifelplatz und Eifelstraße) direkt vor der Tür! Der Volksgarten ist schräg gegenüber, am Chlodwig Platz und im Belgischen ist man mit dem Rad in 5 Min. An der Uni/TH ist man in ca. 10 Min.
The Location is a Dream come true! Neighbourhood is super friendly and there are two tram stations right infront of the door (Eifelstraße and Eifelplatz). Volksgarten (a very nice Park) is just across the street, it only takes 5 min by bike to get to the nightlife area (Belgisches viertel). Uni and TH are 10 min away by bike.
Du wirst mit Jil zusammen leben, wir sitzen (besonders im Sommer) gerne abends auf dem Balkon und quatschen, gehen zusammen ins Museum auf Straßenfeste oder feiern. Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, eine strengen Putzplan gibt es aber nicht. Wenn du glaubst es passt schreib uns gerne etwas über dich und dein absolutes Lieblingsessen!
You’ll be living together with Jil, we became very good friends living together and like to go out to museums, Street Partys or clubs. It’s very important for us to live in a clean appartment. If you think you’ll suit tell us something about yourself and your favourite dish on the world!
