Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß, es wird ohne Möbel vermietet. Als Deckenbeleuchtung sind Halogen Spots. Die Decke hat eine Holzverkleidung. Zu Berufsverkehrszeiten ist es in dem Zimmer leider sehr laut das die Wohnung direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Auch Bahnlärm ist hörbar.
Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche mit 2 Kühlschranken, einer Waschmaschine und einem Esstisch. Das Badezimmer hat eine Duschwanne. Fotos von der Küche folgen .
Das Haus ist direkt gegenüber vom Aachener Weiher . Die Haltestellen Moltkestraße sind in 2 bis 3 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Uni ist in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und gehe vollzeit arbeiten. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Musik es könnte also ab und zu mal was lauter sein.
