Wir, das sind Klara (23) und Julia (30) suchen einen netten Menschen, der mit uns im Ratenau - Viertel zusammen leben möchte. Vorerst ab dem 19.03. bis zum 31.08.2023 (ggf. auch länger) zur Untervermietung. Einfache Möbel, wie ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank wären vorhanden. Du kannst es dir aber auch gerne mit deinen eigenen Möbeln gemütlich machen.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und verfügt über zwei große Fenster nach vorne. Von dort aus hast du eine schöne Aussicht auf die friedliche Görresstraße und unseren kleinen Garten. Sowohl die Sonne als auch viele Vögel schauen öfters am Tag vorbei.
Wohnung :
Unsere Wohnung hat insgesamt 3,5 Zimmer und 2 Terrassen: eine nach vorne zur Straße und eine hinten im Hinterhof. Auf beiden kann man super sitzen und das Leben genießen. Allein oder in Gesellschaft. Dafür bietet sich auch unsere große Küche an. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem Herd und Backofen, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, einer Mikrowelle und viel Stauraum. Außerdem ist dort auch unsere eigene Waschmaschine. Mitten im Raum steht unser großer Esstisch, den man bei mehr Gesellschaft auch ausklappen kann. Neben unseren Terrassen ist ein weiteres Highlight die Badewanne.
Dein Fahrrad kannst du problemlos vor dem Haus abstellen. Einen guten Parkplatz zu finden, ist Tagesabhängig. Aber mit etwas Glück wirst du spätestens in den Parallelstraßen fündig.

We (Julia(30) and Klara(23)) are looking for a new roomie for our flat in the Rathenauviertel. Its available at the 19th of march until the 31st of august ( possibly longer). Simple furniture like a bed, desk and dresser can be there already. But if you want to bring your own, you’re welcome to do so !
The room is 15qm with two huge windows. The view is very nice. You’ll see the little garden and our quiet street. The sun and little birdies like to visit from time to time.
Our apartment has a total of 3.5 rooms and 2 terraces: one at the front facing the street and one at the back in the backyard. Both are great for sitting and enjoying life. Alone or in company. Our large kitchen is also ideal for this. It is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of storage space. There is also our own washing machine. In the middle of the room is our large dining table, which you can fold out if you have more company. In addition to our terraces, another highlight is the bathtub.
You can easily park your bike in front of the house. Finding a good parking spot depends on the day.
Die Wohnung liegt quasi direkt am Rathenauplatz in einer kleinen Nebenstraße im Herzen des Rathenauviertels. Zum Südbahnhof sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alle täglichen Dinge des Lebens findest du in maximal 10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß. Auch zum Aachener Weiher sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage könnte also nicht besser sein !

Our flat is right next to the Rathenauplatz. It only takes a 5 minute walk to go to the Südbahnhof, the Zülpicher platz and the Aachener Weiher. The grocery store is even closer !
Mit dir wohnen Julia und Klara. Julia schreibt gerade an ihrer Doktorarbeit und Klara arbeitet Vollzeit als Erzieherin in einer Kita. Wir reisen beide gerne und sind öfters unterwegs. Zuhause sitzen wir aber auch mal gerne beisammen, spielen Spiele oder quatschen bei nem Weinchen übers Leben.
Wir schätzen das Beisammensein sehr, doch die eigene Privatsphäre ist uns ebenfalls sehr wichtig.

You gonna live with Julia and Klara. Julia is working on her PhD and Klara works fulltime at a kindergarten. We love to travel. But when we are home together, we love to play games or chitchat in the kitchen.
We value being together, but appreciate our privat spaces just as much.

Wir suchen jemanden, der zwischen 23 und 35 Jahre alt ist und bereits arbeitet. Unsere WG ist voll ausgestattet, somit brauchst du nur deine geliebten Sachen mitbringen.
