In our 2nd WG in the wonderful Cologne Niehl, a room will be free from 15 May or 01 June, as my current roommate will take off. The room is about 20sqm. The room is unfurnished or partially furnished, depending on the wishes. The room is super bright, has large windows, which is really pleasant especially in spring and summer. From the afternoon the sun shines in. The room offers enough space for a large bed, a desk, wardrobe and even a small sitting area – ideal for feeling well, working and relaxing.
In unseren 2er-WG in der wundervollen Kölner Niehl wird ab dem 15 Mai oder 01 Juni ein Zimmer frei, da meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin auszieht. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben oder teilweise möbliert, je nach wünsch. Das Zimmer ist super hell, hat große Fenster, was besonders im Frühling und Sommer richtig angenehm ist. Ab Nachmittags scheint die Sonne rein. Das Zimmer bietet genug Platz für ein großes Bett, einen Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und sogar eine kleine Sitzecke – also ideal zum Wohlfühlen, Arbeiten und Entspannen.
The apartment is very convenient, but still quiet. The nearest railway station (U13, U16) is just 2 minutes walk away, so you can quickly and easily get to the city centre.
Shops are also nearby – Lidl, Norma and REWE are all within 10 minutes. The location is ideal for nature and sports enthusiasts: The Nordpark is just a short walk (2 min) away and invites you to jogging, walking or simply shutting off.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ( U13, U16) ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt kommt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe – Lidl, Norma und REWE sind alle innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Für Natur- und Sportbegeisterte ist die Lage ideal: Der Nordpark ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang ( 2 Min) entfernt und lädt zum Joggen, Spazieren oder einfach Abschalten ein.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Overall, it is cozy and well cut – you have enough retreat space, but also space to sit together.
You'd live with me (Marta Anna, 42). I work full-time, sometimes in Homeoffice.
So I'm looking for someone who also likes a harmonious and social WG life. It is important to me that you not only live by one another, but also like to spend time together and meet for a chat in the kitchen. Of course, everyone in the WG should have their own retreat.
It's not a smoker WG.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Insgesamt ist sie gemütlich und gut geschnitten – man hat genug Rückzugsraum, aber auch Platz zum Zusammensitzen.
Du würdest mit mir (Marta Anna, 42) zusammenwohnen. Ich arbeite Vollzeit, ab und zu in Homeoffice.
Daher suche ich jemanden, der auch Lust auf ein harmonisches und geselliges WG-Leben hat. Mir ist es wichtig, dass man nicht einfach nur aneinander vorbeilebt, sondern auch gerne zusammen Zeit verbringt und sich für einen Plausch in der Küche treffen kann. Natürlich sollte auch jeder in der WG seinen eigenen Rückzugsort haben.
Es ist KEINE Raucher WG.
