Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in einer Dachgeschosswohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe der Haltestelle Geldernstraße/Parkgürtel, da ich aus Köln wegziehe.
Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich, es ist ein heller Laminatboden darin verlegt.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man innerhalb von 7 Minuten am kölner HBF, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
Meine Noch-Mitbewohnerin ist total nett und unkompliziert.
Die Vermieterin ist ebenfalls sehr nett und wohnt im selben Haus, ist also bei Problemen gut zu erreichen.
Die Möbel aus meinem Zimmer ziehen mit mir um, die Küche ist aber bereits eingerichtet (mit Herd und Ofen) und bleibt so drin.
Die Gesamtmiete beläuft sich auf 290€, darin ist alles enthalten, auch Internet und Telefon sowie die Treppenhausreinigung.
Mit der S-Bahn ist man innerhalb von 7 Minuten am kölner HBF, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
