Das Zimmer ist ca 20 m2 groß und teilmöbliert. Es befindet sich in einem sanierten Industrie-Loft, das ich auch als Atelier nutze. Insgesamt ist das Loft 170 m2 groß und hat ca. 4,50 m hohe Wände. Die offene Küche inkl. Wohn- und Essbereich sind voll ausgestattet. Das Bad hat eine Duschkabine und wird gemeinsam genutzt.
Das Loft ist in Köln Nippes, nur 3 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Neusser Strasse / Gürtel entfernt.
Das Zimmer geht in einen ruhigen Parkplatz-Hof.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten von Aldi bis Rewe sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso das Herz des Viertels mit guten Restaurants entlang der Neusser Strasse
Eine Putzfrau kommt 14-tägig - die Kosten werden geteilt. Ich bin ein ruhiger Zeitgenosse, der aus dem Partyalter heraus ist und es jetzt eher genießt, ab und zu gemeinsam zu kochen. Einen Teil des Lofts nutze ich als Atelier. Hier male ich, denke über zukünftige Projekte nach und entspanne. Kunstliebhaber und Interessierte sind immer herzlich willkommen. Ach ja: Ich bin Raucher
