Dein Zimmer wäre im aktuellen Wohnzimmer (etwa 20-25qm) mit Balkon. Das Sofa, der TV-Tisch mit TV und der Schreibtisch würden in dem Zimmer bleiben. Muss nicht abgekauft werden, die sind dann einfach in der Miete mit drin. Es fehlt also eigentlich nur ein Schreibtischstuhl und ein Bett. Der Esstisch + Stühle kommen dann raus, damit dort ein Bett hin kann. Küche mit den wichtigsten Sachen, Waschmaschine etc. ist auch alles da.
Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden. Etwa 10 min zu Fuß entfernt sind die Haltestellen "Nesselrodestraße" (Linie 16) und "Neusser Str./ Gürtel" ( Linien 12, 15 und 13).

ich bin Tom. Ich habe nach meinem Bachelor etwa 3 Jahre gearbeitet und fange zum Sommersemester nochmal ein Masterstudium in Köln an. Ich wohne schon über 3 Jahre in meiner 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Nippes und möchte mir gerne während dem Studium die Miete dafür teilen.
Erstmal wäre der Vertrag bis Ende Dezember befristet. Die 530 Euro sind inkl. Strom (etwa 30) und Internet.
