Ab dem 6.2. wird bei uns ein schönes Zimmer mit ca. 16 qm frei. Da alle Bewohner der Wohnung zu der Zeit im Urlaub sind, wird ein Freund für die Zeit einziehen. Für ihn suchen wir jetzt noch spontan eine/n liebe/n Mitbewohner/in.

Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in höchstens 5 min an der S Bahn Nippes und zur Haltestelle Lohsestr. (U12 / U15) läufst du keine 5 min. Von dort sind es 2 Stationen zum Dom/Hbf.
Viele nette Cafés, Restaurants und Läden wie Alnatura, Rewe (bis 24:00 geöffnet!), Aldi, DM, Bäcker, und Banken etc. sind direkt um die Ecke..
Einen Block weiter auf dem Wilhelmsplatz findet jeden Tag außer Sonntag ein Markt statt.
Ganz in der Nähe, an der Agneskirche ist donnerstags ein kleiner Markt mit Bio Lebensmitteln.
Da ihr beide nur in dieser Zeit hier wohnen werdet, ist das Wg-Leben was ihr draus macht ;)
P.s.: über den Preis lässt sich evtl. noch sprechen... :)
