Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit Bett, Schrank, Kommode und Schreibtisch. Es ist hell und ruhig, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad voll eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badewanne.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstr des Nippeser Sechzigviertels. Bus, 2 minuten enfernt, S-bahn 10 min, Strassenbahn ebenso. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut, um die Ecke ist ein Netto, 5 min weiter ein Rewe, große Ladenstraße und tägl. Markt 10 min fußläufig entfernt .
Ich bin 40, arbeite als Ergotherapeutin in einer Praxis und liebe es , hier in Nippes zu wohnen.
Ich gehe gerne aus, bleibe aber auch gerne gemütlich zu Hause. Ich bin gesellig, koche und backe gerne, manchmal ein bisschen unordentlich, Sauberkeit ist mir jedoch wichtig, vor allem , was die gemeinsam benutzten Räume betrifft.
Am besten trittst du telefonisch, bzw über sms mit mir in Kontakt. Erreichbar bin ich Abends ab 18 Uhr.
Das Zimmer ist zwar befristet, die angegeben Zeiten sind jedoch nicht fix, d.h. ein kürzere , evtl längere Miete möglich.
