In unserer WG in Nippes haben wir ein 10 qm ist ein Zimmer frei, zu vermieten, das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch,
Ein zweites Zimmer lebt da Lisi es hat 20qm und einem exklusiven Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet.( beiden Zimmer)
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer (mit meinem), bereits mit einer Waschmaschine direkt in der Küche und ein Bad.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Straße zwischen U-Bahn Florastraße und Neusserstraße - Gürtel. (Jede in 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Mit der U-Bahn kann man in 15 Minuten zum Hbf oder zum Neumarkt kommen . Drei Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe, außerdem sind auf der Neusserstraße zahlreiche Geschäften und Restaurants.
Ich bin Julia 26 Jahr alt, und komme ich aus Brasilien. Momentan arbeite ich in einer Kindergarten als Freiwillige seit einem Jahr.
Für die WG suche ich zwei nette Mitbewohnerinnen , die auch gerne etwas zusammen machen können.
Kochen, reden und egal was.
Ich bin ein ordentliche Person und ich mag auch mit anderen sauberen und ordentlichen Personen zusammen wohnen.
Die Miete beträgt 350,00 € ,,warm'' (alles inklusive) Kaution ist 2 Monatsmieten (700,00 €).
Außerdem, ist noch ein zweites Zimmer mit 20 qm für 450 € frei .
