Hi, I'm Aron (29), psychology master graduate, working as a UX designer in Cologne since 2020 October (originally from Budapest, Hungary). I enjoy sports (used to compete in triathlon), now mainly biking and running. I also enjoy cooking, video games, and tinkering with hardware.
Since I moved to Cologne, I've been living here about half the time, and living anywhere else in the other half. I won't be staying a lot in the flat in the near future (leaving around 10th of March) so I'm subletting it. Its possible that I come back before August for short periods (like a week) but rarely.
The apartment:
- about 55 sqm
- your room: 14 sqm
- it has a separate kitchen, living room and bedroom
- no balcony, no bathtub
- furnished and fully equipped, including sheets, towels if you need, ofc you can bring your own if you want
- bi-weekly cleaning service
- very calm neighborhood
- public transport (line 12-15) and rewe in 5 min walk
It has two rooms, one could be yours (originally a bedroom, has a full bed, 140x200, desk and chair to study/work), you can freely use the other room which is a living room (when I'm here I'd be staying in the living room). Both rooms have separate entrance so we'd have personal space. The price includes everything (energy, internet, etc).
Ideally, I'd host someone on Erasmus semester because I only want to let it for rent until around end of july/august (this may be extended later on).
