The apartment is located in the 2nd floor and has a total of 61sqm of living space. Alternatively, you can also obtain the other free room (without balcony). The third room with a size of 11.2qm is currently rented.
The shared kitchen is 7qm and has a fitted kitchen. The bathroom is 4sqm and has a daylight window, a bathtub, a toilet and a sink with a lower cabinet. The hall is 6 square meters.
In the basement there is a shared laundry room.
The apartment is completely renovated and would be unfurnished.
The rent would be inclusive of the additional costs (80€ per person) but exclusive of the following costs:
Electricity, telephone, gas and radio charges (approximately 68€ per person)
The deposit would amount to two monthly rents.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.OG und verfügt über insgesamt 61qm Wohnfläche. Alternativ kann man auch das andere freie Zimmer (ohne Balkon) beziehen. Das dritte Zimmer mit einer Größe von 11,2qm ist momentan vermietet.
Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist 7qm groß und verfügt über eine Einbauküche. Das Badezimmer ist 4qm groß und verfügt über ein Tageslichtfenster, eine Badewanne, eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken mit Unterschrank. Der Flur ist 6qm groß.
Im Untergeschoss befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftswaschküche.
Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und wäre unmöbiliert.
Die Miete wäre inklusive der Nebenkosten (80€ pro Person) aber exklusive der folgenden Kosten, die noch dazu kommen:

The apartment is located in a seven-parteien house in Ostheim in the 2nd OG and has a balcony to the farm where you can get through the largest room.
The railway station “Ostheim” of line 9 is 12 minutes walk away. From there you get to Deutz, Heumarkt/Neumarkt, Zülpicher Platz to the university with the 9 without change.
At the stop “Ostheim” there is also a large bus station, where many bus lines run. You come from there, for example, to Porz and to Mülheim.
As shopping facilities there are close to Lidl, Penny Markt, Rewe, Turkish supermarket and also back in the immediate vicinity of the stop of line 9 there are many small shops for daily needs (bakery, driving school, launderette, ice cream cafe, pharmacy, change cutting, snacks, doctor's house, sun studio, kiosk, flower shop).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Sieben-Parteien-Haus in Ostheim im 2.OG und hat zum Hof hin einen Balkon auf dem man durch das grösste Zimmer gelangt.
Die Bahnhaltestelle „Ostheim“ der Linie 9 ist Fussweg 12 Minuten entfernt. Von dort aus kommt man mit der 9 ohne Umsteigen nach Deutz, Heumarkt/Neumarkt, Zülpicher Platz bis hin zur Universität.
An der Haltstelle „Ostheim“ befindet sich auch ein grosser Busbahnhof, wo viele Buslinien verkehren. Man kommt von dort aus z.B. nach Porz und nach Mülheim.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe Lidl, Penny Markt, Rewe, türkischer Supermarkt und auch wieder in unmittelbarer Nähe der Haltestelle der Linie 9 gibt es viele kleine Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäckerei, Fahrschule, Waschsalon, Eiscafe, Apotheke, Änderungsschneiderei, Imbiss, Ärztehaus, Sonnenstudio, Kiosk, Blumengeschäft).
