I am subleasing my room in a 2 WG flatmate for two months from 4th January to 28th February 2023.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table, chair. The apartment itself has a equipped kitchen and a separate washroom and bathroom. The place is quite big and comfortable.
The room is on the ground floor. There are two bus stops near the house. Aldi and Rewe are also at walkable distances. It's in a residential area so you can go on walks comfortably in the evenings.
I have enjoyed living here but I'm leaving this place as I got university accommodation.
You may continue living here by signing a contract with the landlady after 28th February.
