Das Zimmer ist auf der Südseite, ist super hell und hat direkten Zugang zu dem Balkon. Es liegt zwar an der Straße. Die ist aber sehr wenig befahren. Da die Wohnung nah am Zülpi ist, bekomnt man am Wochenende mal was von einer Gruppe Betrunkener mit aber ansonsten ist es sehr leise und friedlich:)
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Rudolfplatz und Zülpicher Platz. Zu beiden U-Bahn Stationen läuft man ca. 3 Minuten. Am Zülpi ist der neue Edeka und DM, der Rewe und der Rossmann und am Rudolfplatz ein Lidl. Also die Lage ist echt top und man kommt überall schnell hin:)
Ich wohne aktuell mit Clara zusammen. Clara ist 22 Jahre alt und studiert Zahnmedizin. Wir wohnen seit 1,5 Jahren zusammen, haben uns auch über WG-gesucht kennengelernt und verstehen uns super. In der Wohnung haben wir generell die Regel, dass das eigene Zimmer aussehen darf wie es will aber die gemeinsamen Räume immer aufgeräumt werden, sodass man nicht erstmal spülen muss bevor man kochen will. Mit Clara hat man eine super zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin, die immer für einen Kaffeeklatsch zu haben ist, die offen für alle Aktivitäten ist und mit der man super offen und transparent reden kann.
Wir suchen also eine Mitbewohnerin, die nicht nach einer Zwecks-WG sucht, sondern sich zuhause wohlfühlen will und Zeit in ein gemeinsames WG-Leben investieren möchte.
Pluspunkte, wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast!:D Gerne per WG-Gesucht melden und wenn wir nicht antworten, nicht traurig sein, dann sind wir mit den Anfragen überfordert!:D
