Unsere momentane Mittbewohnerin zieht bald aus, also suchen wir einen guten Ersatz der das leere Zimmer und Kühlschrank-regal ausfüllen kann! Wir begrüßen gerne Leute aus der LGBTQIA+ Community (weil einer von uns dieser Community selbst angehört), und sprechen beide fließend Englisch, also können sich Englisch-sprechende Leute auch gerne bewerben!
Das Zimmer selbst ist 27qm aufgeteilt in zwei verbundene Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind grade in ein Schlafzimmer und privates Wohnzimmer aufgeteilt, das kann aber natürlich so gehandhabt werden wie du es willst! Das Zimmer kommt mit einem Bett und einem Riesigen Kleiderschrank der die Wand des Schlafzimmers komplett bedeckt. Der bereich den wir alle teilen ist insgesamt ca 45qm groß, und beinhaltet eine große Küche, ein Badezimmer mit separater Badewanne und Dusche, und auch eine kleine Gästetoilette. Wir haben auch einen kleinen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit einer Waschmachine hinten im Haus.
Das Gebäude selbst ist ein Bungalow mit keinen Gebäuden direkt anstehend, also haben wir viel ruhe und das ganze haus für uns selbst. Obwohl das Haus ziemlich alt ist, sieht es immernoch super aus! Wir haben auch einen riesen Garten an der Süd-seite des Hauses der frei benutzt werden kann, und ist perfekt um sich an sonnigen tagen zu entspannen. Wenn du es willst, kannst du sogar ein wenig gartenarbeit machen!
Die Kosten des Zimmers beinhalten Strom, Heizung, und Internet!

Our current roommate is going to move out soon, so we're looking for a replacement that can fill out the empty room and fridge cabinet! We're LGBTQIA+ Friendly (and one of us is part of the community themself), and also both fluent in English so open for english-speakers!
The room itself is 27sqm split across two connected rooms. The rooms are currently split into a Bedroom and a private Livingroom, but obviously you can move things around however you want. The room comes with a bed as well as a huge closet covering the full length of the bedroom's wall. The space we all share is 45 sqm made up of a large kitchen, a full bathroom with separate bath and shower and a big skylight, as well as a small guest toilet. We also have a small utility room with a laundry machine in the back of the house.
The building is a one-floor bungalow with no buildings directly adjacent, so we have a lot of peace and quiet and the whole house for ourselves. While the house is quite old, it's still in great shape! We also have a huge south-facing garden that can be freely used and enjoyed, and is perfect to hang out in on sunny days. If you want to, you are also free to do some gardening!
The cost of the room comes with electricity, heating, and wifi!

Rath/Heumar ist eine ruhige gegend im Osten von Köln der nahe an der Natur liegt. Mit dem Königsforst nur 15-20 Minuten zu fuß weg. Es gibt einige restaurants und cafés in der direkten umgebung, aber falls dir die Innenstadt lieber ist, kommst du mit der Linie 9 (nur 5 minuten weg zu Haltestelle Röttgensweg) innerhalb von 20 Minuten zum Neumarkt. Wir haben einen Rewe und Aldi ca. 10-15 Minuten zu fuß entfernt, als auch einen DM und ein paar andere Geschäfte fußgänging in der nähe.

Rath/Heumar is a quiet area in the east of cologne close to nature, with the Königsforst just a 15-20 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the immediate surrounding, but if you prefer the hustle and bustle of the city, with the Line 9 (just 5 minutes away from stop Röttgensweg), you can reach Neumarkt in 20 minutes! We have a Rewe and Aldi about 10-15 Minutes away by foot as well as a DM and another number of small stores nearby.

Howdy, ich bin Dice und mache grade meinen Bachelor als Game Programmer an der TH. Ich bin nicht-binar und sehr, sehr queer, nur um das mal erwähnt zu haben!
Ich liebe es Kreativ zu sein und das irgendwie zu zeigen, ob durch Schreiben oder irgendeine random Arts & Crafts sache. Ich verbringe die meiste meiner Zeit damit zu lesen, egal ob es Bücher, Manga, oder Webtoons sind und bin sehr introvertiert und bleibe öfter einfach alleine in meinem Zimmer. Aber weil ich es auch liebe zu Kochen. wirst du mich normalerweise entweder Abends oder um 3 Uhr morgens in der Küche erwischen können.
Ich gehe auch regelmäßig zu events an unserer Uni, zum beispiel die wöchentliche "Dutch Hour" (ein treffen wo wir einfach nur chillen und trinken) oder jede andere party die im Laufe des Semesters stattfindet. Du kannst natürlich auch mitkommen, wenn du ein paar neue coole und nerdy leute treffen willst!

Hi mein Name ist Flo ich bin ein game design Master Student, ich mag Filme, Serien, und Spiele und mag es rumzuhängen und zu reden.
Ich mache Elektronische Musik (nicht sehr gut drin), liebe es neue Spiele zu machen und von Zeit zu Zeit mag ich es über praktisch alles zu reden.
Ich mag es feedback zu bekommen also würde ich dich wahrscheinlich damit nerven dir meine Musik anzuhören oder meine Spiele zu spielen um mir feedback zu meiner Kunst zu geben.
Meine Tür ist die meiste zeit offen und ich bin immer zum quatschen da, aber ich brauche auch Zeit für mich selbst.
Ich geh manchmal in den club, warscheinlich im techno environment und fast jede Woche gehe ich zur universität für die sogenannte "dutch hour" um Bier zu trinken und zu reden.

Howdy, I'm Dice and I'm a Game Programmer doing my Bachelor at the TH. I'm non-binary and very queer, just to put that out there!
I love being creative and expressing that somehow, whether it's through writing or doing random arts and crafts. I spend most of my days reading things, whether it books, manga, or webtoons and like to keep to myself for the most part. But since I also love cooking you'll usually see me making food either around dinnertime or 3am.
I also regularly head out to events at our university, like the weekly "dutch hour" (a get-together where everyone just hangs out and drinks beer) or any other parties that might happen throughout the semester, which you'd be free to join if you'd like to hang out and meet some nerdy people!
